How to Enter: To enter, participants must do the following:

By participating in the Long Branch Training, LLC Rifle Giveaway, you agree to comply with these official terms and conditions. The Giveaway is open to U.S. citizens that reside in the U.S. and who meet all eligibility requirements.
1. Eligibility: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
- Be a United States citizen.
- Be legally allowed to own a firearm under applicable state and federal laws.
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway entry starts on 02/01/2025 and ends on 02/22/2025. Winner will be announced shortly after, once verified they meet all necessary requirements. All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway entry period to be eligible.
3. Prize: Only one winner will receive this custom sniper rifle. If winner is found that he/she does not meet the eligibly requirements, random drawing will occur again in the same entry pool. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
4. Firearm Transfer: The prize firearm will be transferred to the winner through a Federally Licensed Firearm Dealer (FFL). The winner is responsible for any transfer fees and must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm transfers.
5. Background Check: The winner will be required to pass a background check through the FFL to ensure they are legally permitted to own the firearm. If the winner fails the background check or is otherwise ineligible to own a firearm, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 5 days after being notified. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. Winner notification will be sent out through email address provided through website email subscription.
7. Liability: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Long Branch Training, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Long Branch Training, LLC is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected mail, or any issues related to the administration of the giveaway.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the giveaway shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts located in Nevada. By participating, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
9. Waiver of Damages: The winner agrees to waive any claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
10. Privacy: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Long Branch Training, LLC's privacy policy. Personal information will be used solely for purposes related to the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to any other entity.
11. General Terms:
- Long Branch Training, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
- Any entry submitted that is deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms will be disqualified.
